Naturally, our remote clocking software integrates seamlessly into all exisiting Mitrefinch systems. However, unlike some of our competitors, we also recognise that it is not our place to restrict your choice to Mitrefinch products, or to make you ditch your existing HR & Payroll systems. That is why our software links into most current products you may already have or choose to run (even if they are inferior to ours!).
Every organisation is different. Some give their staff WAP-enabled cellphones or smartphones, some give PDAs, and some provide laptops or networked PCs. Our internal product developers are gadget-heads and love to make sure that whatever the latest communications device, we will be able to link it into our remote time & attendance system. Alternatively, if you just want your staff to use their PCs to record attendance, we can do that too.
We have over 25 years experience in time & attendance and have learnt one or two things about people. We know that using a mobile phone or a PDA is sufficiently difficult for many people, without adding to the confusion with a complicated access system. That is why our software is designed with the end-user in mind and is simple to access from communications equipment or the internet.
Even though it may sound a little odd, we don't want our customers to buy lots of unnecessary equipment for their time and attendance system. Putting a clocking-in facility on every site can be cost-prohibitive, especially for multi-site operations with only a handful of people on each site. Remote clocking can and does provide a centralised facility that gives you all the benefits of a time & attendance system without underused onsite hardware.
