Mitrefinch are now seeking job applications for a new Time & Attendance Software Installer/Implementer to help us support our growing Australasian client base.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing Mitrefinch's Employee Time Management software at new and existing client sites, and will involve working on a diverse range of projects for some of Australia and New Zealand's leading organisations.
Other duties include:
* Identifying customer requirements
* Managing and delivering software consultancy
* System configuration & installation
* Training new system users
* Report writing
* Interfacing to various third party applications
* Ongoing support
The role is based at Mitrefinch's Australian Head Office in Sydney (Homebush) with regular travel and overnight trips required.
To be successful in the position, your skills and background will include the following:
* Previous experience in a similar software implementation or installation role
* Knowledge or experience of MS SQL Server and MS SQL Express
* Consultative approach, the ability to identify customer requirements
* Professional services experience a plus
* Effective time management skills, must be able to handle multi-tasking and meet deadlines
* Excellent listening, written and oral communication skills
* Ability to deliver effective presentations and training
* Self motivation and willingness to take on self study in order to increase your skill set
* Good documentation skills
Experience of using or implementing Time and Attendance, HR or Payroll solutions would be beneficial to your application, but is not essential as full training will be provided
