As part of their ongoing new product innovation and development strategy, Mitrefinch are pleased to announce the latest release of their award winning Employee Time Management System, TMS Version 6.0.
Now available in Australia, Mitrefinch TMS 6.0 includes a fully interactive web module and superior mobile capabilities, enabling organisations to consolidate their employee management functions across multiple sites.
Users can now clock-in securely from a PC, laptop, Smart phone, PDA, or via a biometric, swipe card or proximity terminal. The online version also allows staff to view holiday entitlements, request annual leave or send messages to management from any location.
To facilitate mobile working, supervisors and area managers can also check onsite records on the road via an iPhone or other smart mobile device. The application can also notify when an individual ‘clocks in’ and link to Google Maps allowing supervisors to check where specific clockings were made.
“The flexibility of TMS Version 6.0 eliminates the need for bulky client / server software, bringing a new level of interactivity while ensuring scalability for future use”, said James Neary, Mitrefinch's Senior Developer.
“This capability will enable organisations to rollout Mitrefinch’s employee management platform to all their staff and work sites regardless of what platform they choose to use”.
In TMS Version 6.0, enhanced data visualisation functionality allows Mitrefinch to deliver an engaging user experience via a modern and fluid user-friendly dashboard. Both supervisor and employee dashboards can also be fully customised to suit individual needs.
New timesheet capabilities allow employees to create and modify their working records intuitively. They are then able to draw and expand work shifts on a time based grid. Supervisors can view both individual and group timesheets.
In addition, seamless integration with Microsoft Outlook enables supervisors to access a real-time ‘On-site’ list and receive instant notification of employee clockings. While employees can view their clockings, hours worked and flexi-balances, as well as submit leave requests direct from MS Outlook.
“As more and more workplaces embrace mobile and remote working, Mitrefinch are pleased to be at the forefront of development to bring our clients a more flexible and streamed lined approach to employee management,” said Jamie Fitzsimons, Marketing Manager for Mitrefinch Australia.
