As such, we are very excited about the launch of our new Mitrefinch Mighty-Fine Rewards Program in conjunction with the experience specialists – RedBalloon!
Who are RedBalloon and what rewards can I expect?

With more than 2500 RedBalloon experiences available, from relaxing spa retreats, shark diving, swimming with dolphins or flying in a jet fighter, there really is something for everyone to enjoy!
As part of the Mitrefinch Mighty-Fine Rewards Program we will be rewarding Experience Vouchers enabling you to spend them as you please. You can also save up your Vouchers and use them for bigger experiences (note vouchers are only valid for 12 months).
What do I need to do to get a Mitrefinch Mighty-Fine Reward?
Mitrefinch will be rewarding clients and system users who:
1. Refer new sales leads
2. Refer a sister/parent company from overseas
3. Take Reference Calls and Site Visits
So what’s involved?
New Sales Referrals
For every new sales referral you send our way you will receive a $25 RedBalloon Voucher or $100 if the enquiry results in an eventual sale
STEP 1 - You contact us by phone, email or via the form below with details of the referral
STEP 2 - Once the contact/organisation you have referred gets in touch with us we will cross check and order your RedBalloon Vouchers accordingly
STEP 3 – When you receive your Voucher simply go online, choose your experience and ENJOY!
Foreign Site Demos
As well as Australia, Mitrefinch also operate across Europe, the US, Canada, New Zealand and Singapore.
If you have an overseas branch or parent company we would be delighted to have the opportunity to meet with them to discuss potential opportunities. Likewise, if your organisation buys out or merges with another company.
STEP 1 - You contact us by phone, email or via the form below with details of the new contact/site
STEP 2 - Following the site demo we will reward you with a $50 RedBalloon Voucher or $100 if the demo results in a sale
STEP 3 – When you receive your Voucher simply go online, choose your experience and ENJOY!
Reference Calls and Site Visits
Occasionally prospective clients want to speak or meet with current Mitrefinch users with a similar set up to them. These Reference Calls and Site Visits are extremely effective and we’d like to reward you for taking the time out of your day to participate.
For every call you take you will receive a $25 Voucher or $50 for a site visit.
STEP 1 - If you are interested in getting involved with Reference Calls and Site Visits please send your details to sales@mitrefinch.com.au
STEP 2 - We contact you to ask if we can have a prospective client phone you or visit your site
STEP 3 - Once the prospective client has called or visited you we will order your RedBalloon Vouchers accordingly
STEP 4 – When you receive your Voucher simply go online, choose your experience and ENJOY!
When can I expect to receive my Reward Vouchers?
We will be distributing Reward Vouchers at the end of each month. Our first round of Reward Vouchers will be sent out at the end of September.
Remember the more referrals you send our way - the greater the rewards for you to enjoy!
